Purchases of products through the website www.zoya.me are carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Commerce Act of Montenegro.
The customer can order products via the website, with mandatory registration and order confirmation.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
Delivery is handled by a courier service within 2 to 5 working days.
The delivery fee for orders up to €50 is €4, while delivery is free for orders over €50, as well as for deliveries within Herceg Novi.

During the purchase process, we collect only the minimal personal data necessary for order processing (name, surname, address, phone number, and e-mail).

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, with a refund of the paid amount reduced by delivery costs.
In the event of a complaint, the customer has the right to a repair, product replacement, or refund.

User data is stored with the application of appropriate technical and organizational protection measures.
For transactions made through a bank, the security standards prescribed by the Montenegrin banking system apply.
